Steinway & Sons and House of Piano presented Metamorphosis: A Twenty-Year Story in the Making, a special piano recital featuring Edith Widayani, marking twenty years of music, artistic development, and transformation.

Held on Saturday, 29 August 2026, at Balai Resital Kertanegara, the recital marked a significant return to the stage for Edith Widayani and invited audiences to experience a programme shaped by two decades of musical growth, reflection, and discovery.

Throughout the recital, Edith brought this story to life through a programme that reflected different chapters of her development as a pianist. At the Steinway & Sons D-274 Concert Grand Piano, each work became an opportunity to explore colour, nuance, contrast, and expression, revealing the musical perspective shaped by her years of experience.
